Chapter 11.9 – Nirah The Bully

This is it; the final chapter before the heir poll!

I honestly think I played all these chapters back in the summer so it feels so good to finally get to the end of them and be able to play again (once the heir poll is decided obviously)

This time around we’re starting with Kahlina’s birthday.

I kinda forgot that she has normal aging since I’m so used to all my sims having the supernatural lifespans

She get’s a slightly more ‘mature’ makeover but overall she really doesn’t look any different.

Vienna is made to age up too since I ain’t having the same issues I had with Hurricane and Rowan.

She gets a new hair (‘cause I couldn’t find her old one) but her outfits are kept the same.

As soon as she’s aged Vienna is chained back to the computer to continue writing but I don’t know why ‘cause she maxed out that skill last chapter.

Vienna: It’s cause you like torturing me

I mean that sounds like me but usually I’d have some other intention other than plain torture

Aeryn is keeping busy by skilling again.

I love that she’s skilling but I really wish she’d do something interesting every now and then.

Nirah: Why are you even here Peasant? You’re not family and you never will be!

Rian: Dude, that’s a bit harsh, isn’t it?

Nirah: Not at all, she needs to hear this!

Zaria: I…I’m sorry

Nirah: Sorry ain’t good enough

Zaria: *Cries*

Rian: Enough Nirah!

Nirah: I’m not done yet

Rian: I said ENOUGH!

Nirah: Ugh, fine *stomps off*

I didn’t bother dressing the teens in formalwear so they all head to prom in random generated clothes.

Oh well, at least Aeryn has a date for the special occasion.

Nirah: *Growls at Zaria*

Zaria: *scoots as far away as possible*

Alvin: I feel so uncomfortable right now

Just a few random updates from prom.

Aeryn: Alvin asked her to go steady so they are now an official item

Nirah: Nothing of note but I assume she just went around pissing people off and being a general nuisance

Rian: Rian got a RI in the form of a girl named Cara. I’ll need to check her out the next time I’m in game.

Zaria: I think the game glitched itself out with her notification, either that or she had to spend the whole night by herself. Poor thing.

While the teens are at prom McKenna is at home playing guitar.

The freaking guitar is almost bigger than her

When Aeryn comes home Tiki brings her a stick to play fetch which Aeryn happily indulges.

Aeryn: Ok Tiki, I’m gonna throw this stick now and you need to go find it

Tiki: Just throw the stick already

Aeryn: *pretends to throw stick*

Tiki: Hey, where’d it go?

Vienna has managed to escape most TH duties because of her magic but she still has to repair stuff every now and again.

Vienna: Honestly I feel so offended right now

When I said do something interesting Aeryn I didn’t mean dancing

Aeryn: Screw you, I’m having fun and that’s all that matters.

McKenna: Hey Nirah, I found this box of pictures the other day and one of them had ‘Nirah adoption date’ written on it

Nirah: No way, you’re fucking with me

McKenna: I’m not, I promise

Nirah: But I…No that’s not…*has an internal breakdown*

McKenna: *To self* That’ll show her for picking on Auntie Zaria like that

Vienna: Help me, I think my face is stuck

Yeah…I don’t know how to fix this so you’ll have to deal with it

Vienna: Some Watcher you are

Rian: *starts singing chug chug song*

You know you can really make a person go off you

Rian: Maybe that was the plan all along

Instead of going to bed Aeryn drinks coffee.

She is super tired though so I sense inevitable fails.

McKenna: Rian?

Rian: What’s it Squirt?

McKenna: You know you should really use your brain more often

Rian: Why use your brain when you look this good?

I then decided since the kids are being boring I would finally get to work on Vienna’s 3rd LTW.

She already maxed fairy skill so all I need to do is give 12 sims the curse of inner beauty or whatever it’s called.

I’ve never done this LTW before so we shall see how it goes.

I wish I’d tried this LTW sooner, it’s so funny.

While Vienna is out working on her LTW Aeryn takes it into her head to start playing the laser rhythm-a-con.

Aeryn: Is this interesting enough for you?

Going back to Vienna finds her changing Riordan Mithrilen. Ngl he looks kinda better with the curse.

Riordan makes victim no.6. Half way there!

Finn Dolan tries to run from Vienna while Vee is busy talking Maeve Eames into letting her place the curse on her.

Finn: Hell naw, am I letting her used her cursed magic on me

Finn does get away so Vienna’s next unfortunate victim is her aunt Rebecca who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

My poor Rebecca.

What has she done to you.

Vee has to cut her victim gathering early because it’s time for McKenna to have her birthday so she had to go home.

McKenna was a straight B student so Animal Lover was locked in.

I kinda felt like all my sims always ended up dressed the same way so I tried to do something different with McKenna’s look.

Vienna: Is that a wrinkle? *Cries* I’m getting so old

I think someone is having a belated mid-life crisis

Vienna: Wouldn’t you if you looked all old and haggard like this?

*Eyeroll*

Once she’s finally gotten over herself enough to drag herself away from the mirror she goes up into the attic and has a quick jam session with McKenna.

I still adore McKenna’s bed (even if it is slightly childish for her now).

Aeryn, Rian and Nirah manage to worm their way onto the honor roll (expected that of Ryn and Rian but less so Nirah) +15

Apparently McKenna isn’t the only one getting some bonding time in with Vienna, Rian gets some work out time in with her too.

While working out Rian maxes out his athletics +5

Shortly afterwards Vienna maxes out the same skill +5

Rian: I heard what you did to Nirah, good job

McKenna: Eh, it was nothing more than she deserved

Rian: How ‘bout we share a toast?

Rian: To beating evil sisters at their own game

McKenna: Here here

Vienna scores victim no.11, a random face one townie who turned up at the door, imo she looks better with the curse.

At least now her face is interesting and not completely bland.

And with this last little goblin Vienna has officially completed her 3rd LTW +40

I opted not to chose another since she’ll most likely be handing over the TH reigns very soon.

Kahlina gets a promotion at work. She’s doing well now that she’s actively there.

Still mad my custom careers aren’t working but I guess it can’t be helped.

I see Aeryn has moved on from the sketch board to an actual easel.

I honestly have no idea what’s going on her Aeryn tbh, she has such a weird and random set of skills

Aeryn: It’s good to be versatile you know, you should maybe try it sometime

Nirah: Mom, am I adopted?

Kahlina: What? No of course not! Who told you that?

Nirah: McKenna said she found a box of pictures

Kahlina: She’s winding you up

Nirah: She is so dead

Kahlina: Why can’t you kids just get along?

I figured I may as well try max as many skills with Vienna as I can while she’s still heir so she’s maxing gardening here +5

I thought this moment would never come!

And what is our birthday girl doing you may ask? She’s learning yet another skill.

Aeryn: if McKenna can do this then so can I

Rian: Mom told Nirah that you were winding her up about the adoption thing so I’d stay out of her way if I were you

McKenna: Damn, didn’t think that one through

Aeryn: What the hell did I miss now?

Rian and McKenna: *In Unison* It’s a long story

And finally the moment we’ve all been waiting for (or at least I have)

She gets a cake out in the garden just cause I felt like it.

Aeryn: Woo, I’m gonna be an adult!

Nirah: As soon as this is over you better run McKenna

McKenna: Mummy

As her final trait Aeryn rolled the vegetarian trait and also rolled the Creature-Robot cross breeder LTW which is unexpected but I’ll roll with it.

And with one of our heir contenders now YA I’m gonna have to end this chapter here. I should have the heir poll out momentarily so look forward to that.

Chapter 11.8 – Kill it with fire

Wow, would you look at that, it’s not been months and I have a new chapter out.

It must be some kind of new year’s miracle!

Rian: Uh…how do you turn this thing off?

McKenna: Put me DOWN!

Rian: I so did now sign up for this

Can I just say though how adorable it is to see children finally being able to help out with toddlers.

It really reminds me of when I was younger and helping out with my own siblings.

Like the community have kinda blown it out of the park with all the mods and improvements they’ve made to sims 3 in the past year.

It’s then time for Tiki to have his birthday so enjoy the last ever picture of him as an adorable puppy.

Birthday sparkles!

OMG, kill it with fire!

Tiki grows up looking so pissed but overall looks a lot like his mum.

Like apart from the patches of orange Tiki almost has the same coat pattern as Clem.

I was so occupied by Tiki’s birthday that I almost missed Vienna teaching McKenna to talk.

We get potty training done too so just walking to go.

Before Vienna can even think about starting to teach McKenna to walk Ceylon swoops in a does it for her.

I don’t have anything witty to insert here

It’s still so cute to see these too so in love though, especially since their pairing was such a spur of the moment thing on my part.

Nirah: Really? You really thought that would work on me of all people?

Zaria: But it was scientifically calculated to be successful

Nirah: Listen girlie, imma tell you something now, science doesn’t always work

I hope you’re happy with yourself Ceylon, filling that poor kids head with unkeepable promises

Ceylon: I have no idea what you’re talking about, I’m just being helpful and bathing the dog

I…uh…may have forgotten it was their birthdays and waited to long to age up Ceylon and the 3 younger kids. Oops.

Ceylon continues to be completely gorgeous but at this point with this family I really shouldn’t be surprised.

To go with her continuing prettiness Ceylon aged up with Irresistible locked in and rolled the Martial Arts Master LTW.

Ceylon: C’mon ‘Kenna it’s time for us to leave

Yeah, like that’s gonna happen

Following her older sister, it’s Zaria’s turn next.

Zaria rolled Unflirty as her Teen trait.

Also, according to my notes, my game kept crashing after doing Zaria’s make-over.

I did it like 4 times with the same exact results so in the end I just said fuck it and left her with what she aged up in.

I think it was around this point where my actual computer started acting up too cause it was only a few months later that it stopped working completely.

The birthday bonanza continues with Rian’s birthday next.

Rian unrenders in an attempt not to age up. Sorry bud but that ain’t gonna stop it.

Rian rolls charismatic taking him completely out of the running for heir.

He turned out so well too!

I honestly really like all the kids this generation but I think I have a soft spot for how Rian turned out. He’s just so cute!

And last but not least it’s Nirah’s turn.

Nirah: Of course you’ve got to leave the best for last

Nirah turned out…interesting.

Honestly I can’t quite pin down her genetic combination but I kinda like it.

She rolls Evil so she’s officially out of the running for heir too.

Nirah: Hmph! You don’t know what you’re gonna be missing out on

Immediately after the birthdays Ceylon gets moved out.

I’m gonna miss her but I can’t have her stick around for 14 more days until her sister ages up so she has to go.

Ceylon: I can’t believe you won’t let me take McKenna!

Thems the breaks I’m afraid

Literally seconds after moving out Ceylon get’s engaged.

Ceylon: If you won’t let me have McKenna I’ll go make my own family

With Ceylon gone now Nirah has taken over as our resident martial arts student.

Nirah: I gotta be the best if I wanna take over the world someday, duh

Rian: Wow, would you look at that handsome specimen

This one is very full of himself

Rian: Why wouldn’t I be when I look this good?

Vienna finally maxes out the writing skill.

With the amount of writing she’s done it sure took her long enough.

I think this is the first time Aeryn’s been seen this chapter.

TO be fair it’s not my fault if she’s only skilling and not doing anything interesting like her siblings.

Regular family huddle around Kahlina.

I don’t what it is about her but this is pretty much a daily occurrence.

Rian continues his childhood obsession with working out.

Aeryn gets a date request from a kid named Alvin De Lune.

I said yes ’cause why not.

I think this kid is the nephew of the sim that Finn just had a kid with (at least they have the same surname so idk)

For once the date actually shows up and he’s kinda cute.

I approve.

It takes Aeryn so long to get to the beach where they were meant to meet that she arrives just as Alvin’s leaving. *Sigh*

Alvin: Sorry Aeryn, it’s past my curfew

Aeryn: FML

Not one to waste an opportunity Aeryn goes for a swim in the ocean.

Aeryn: So this is what salt water feels like

Ew Jack, you’re so gross.

The next day at school Aeryn rolls the wish to kiss Alvin for the first time.

Aw, she must really be smitten

But before Aeryn can do anything about said wish she’s interrupted by her youngest sisters birthday

Why is she so freaking cute! Like literally.

She also looks completely different from the rest of her siblings too which I love.

She rolled Lucky as her child trait which is a kinda boring trait but could be handy I suppose.

Aeryn: Hey mom, surprise!

Kahlina: Haha, nice try sweetheart but it will take more than that to scare me

Aeryn: Damn it!

Prom is coming up so I use Aeryn’s teen trait to invite Alvin over and invite him to prom (yes that 2 actions but whatever)

Alvin: I’m sorry I had to run out on our last date ‘Ryn

Aeryn: Oh that? I’m over that now. Just make sure to be here on time to take me to prom

Alvin: I promise

Rian: How long do you think it’ll last before Alvin’s asking out another girl?

Zaria: I give it a week

McKenna: Why would he hurt Aeryn like that? *Is confused*

Rian: Don’t worry about it Squirt, you’re too young to understand

Kahlina gets another promotion at work

I knew it was coming but I wasn’t prepared at all

Vienna: Don’t leave us mum

At least she was able to pass away with her daughters by her side so I guess that’s something.

Rowan: Please don’t take me! I still have grandchildren I’ve yet to meet

Grim: It’s your time Rowan Holly, I cannot change that

Rowan was 96 days old and she is survived by her 12 children and 11 grandkids.

Aeryn: Yo, what’s your problem?

Nirah: It’s your fault Grandma died!

Chapter 11.7 – Don’t Follow The Lights!

New year, new me, that’s how the saying goes, right?

I sincerely hope so honestly cause I kinda dropped the ball with this legacy last year.

Like I’ve literally got 3 chapters left to write of this generation and I couldn’t even get that done before the new year.

Anyway, enough of my rambling, we’re gonna start off with a cute moment of mother-daughter bonding between Kahlina and her eldest daughter (and current shoe in for heir) Aeryn.

After which Kahlina goes to work and comes home with a promotion.

I honestly forgot she even had a job because of the maternity leave.

Because of this Vienna will be the one getting pregnant this time.

Of course as soon as Kahlina gets home from work Vienna drags her away to begin the baby making process (or at least I think that’s what this is.

I had Vienna use a young again pet potion on Jack ’cause I don’t want to get another cat but I also like the idea of having a cat around for the witches.

It would also seem Rowan is keeping herself occupied while I’m busy with the rest of the family.

After many hours of panicking Vienna gives birth to a single baby girl who she names McKenna.

McKenna is a vampire, fairy, witch and mermaid.

McKenna is also the second child this generation to roll Insane so we’ll have to have an heir poll this generation.

Rian: It’s all…too much!

With Vienna back from her adventures in space it’s time to age up our littlest bean.

McKenna has Vienna’s skin, Caelin/Vienna’s eyes and hair that comes from Kahlina’s mum.

Of course Grandma Rowan is the first to find the newly aged up McKenna.

I absolutely adore how much Rowan loves whenever babies and toddlers in the house.

Rowan: It gives me something to focus my time on.

It’s nice to see Meg getting into a relationship, even if it is with a senior.

And Addie gives birth to a little boy.

I honestly can’t remember but I think this actually might be her second or 3rd kid and definitely isn’t her first boy

Only to immediately get knocked up again.

Chapter 11.6 – Owwie my feels

Hey guys, sorry about the 2 months hiatus between the last chapter and this one.

My sister wouldn’t let me borrow her laptop to post anything

But I do have good news, I was able to get a new PC of my own (my very first desktop after years of laptops) so I can play sims whenever I want now! Yay!

My new baby! I honestly love it so much and wish I’d gotten a desktop a long time ago but oh well.

Got it now so that’s all that matters, right?

Anyway, all the pictures I have until the end of this generation are from my old laptop before it went kaput on me which means I played this a helluva long time ago. I’m gonna try firing through this generation as quickly as possible so I can play again and see how well the Holly’s run on the new PC (I say that but I have a really crap track record with that sort of thing so we shall see how that goes).

I honestly don’t know why I continue to document the pet birthdays cause unless they are super dark there’s barely a difference in them.

…And with that talking skill all done now Zaria is now fully trained too.

All the toddlers get fully trained up just in time for the eldest of this generation to become a fully fledged child.

Vee’s face is of someone who hasn’t had any sleep in weeks and just wants the day to end

Aeryn aged up looking like she will be an extremely moody child.

She rolled Angler as her trait though so we should be safe from mood swings (for now)

This is where I took a like 5 hour break from playing to try and fix my borked game (In hindsight it might have just been my laptop struggling on it’s last legs more than the actual game).

My custom careers had stopped working and I couldn’t ask for help at the time cause I stupidly got locked out of my Tumblr account (got that fixed now thankfully). My patterns then stopped working too so I was kinda at my wits end with it all.

In the end I did a full uninstall and reinstall to see if that would fix anything. It fixed my patterns but not my custom careers so I ended up just playing without them.

I came back to Rian being adorable with his IF, he and Zaria got one but Nirah weirdly didn’t.

How could anybody stay mad after seeing something so cute? (It was definitely a close shout though)

Aeryn has also taken after her grandpa and has started playing guitar

Apparently Ceylon’s been working on her martial arts skill enough to get another belt.

Why do I never notice these things?

Shortly after that last picture I get this pop-up.

I hadn’t even realised Ceylon had run off to prom but while there her date asks her to go steady.

I clicked yes cause why not.

Since ‘Cane’s death Rowan is lonely and spends all her time with Cookie (who is also super old and might die at any moment).

Speaking of old Clem was about to have her elder birthday so I pollinated her with a random dog in town so the dog line didn’t die out.

She gave birth to a single male pup named Tiki

Obviously Tiki will be dog heir since Clem isn’t having anymore pups.

Tiki’s birth comes just in time for Clem as she ages into an elder soon after having him.

I may have cut it a bit too close this time round with the dogs.

I found a random tablet in Rowan’s inventory (no clue where it came from) so I dumped it in Aeryns’s inventory to see if she’d use it. Spoiler alert; she does.

Vee had a wish to be best friends with her first born so let the pillow fighting begin!

I’ve been away from these updates so long that I can’t remember how many kids Addie has now.

Yet another failed relationship under Rebecca’s belt.

I’m beginning to give up hope for her.

Apparently the kid Addie was expecting ended up being a boy.

When I start playing the next generation I’ll have to remember to go around and check out all these spares kids.

Chapter 11.5 – The circle of life

Ok, so I guess I best start off by apologizing for not sticking to my schedule for this. Oops, my bad.

I do have a legitimate excuse this time though. Firstly I caught the dreaded covid after my sister came back from a holiday and brought it back with her and then as if that wasn’t bad enough my computer is now pretty much refusing to do anything more challenging than web browsing without just turning itself off so no sims for me until I can save the money to replace it. I’m literally having to use my sister computer (which is kinda crap ngl) to do my YouTube videos and now to post this. Luckily I’d played through this whole generation and had the pictures stored online so I can at least get this generation posted (even if it will be quite a while before I can play more).

Anyway, now that you guys know how many issues I’ve been having recently I think it’s time we get on with the actual part you’re here for; the sims of course.

I guess in my infinite wisdom I decided that starting the chapter with potty training was a good idea

Just look at Aeryn though.

Shortly after training her future psychopath of a daughter Vienna rolled a few skilling wishes.

It’s not often my sims roll those kinds of wishes so of course I jumped at it.

First she started with writing…

…then onto handiness with the help of the always useful fixer-upper car…

…and finally she moved onto alchemy.

Geez, it sure has been a busy day for our current TH, hasn’t it?

Speaking of skilling, I guess I forgot to move Geneva out after her birthday and she’s found skilling on science.

I apparently moved her out immediately after that to live with her other siblings (according to my notes at least).

Rowan then has to go and ruin my good mood by confirming my worst fear

Rowan: What can I say; I live to be a mother

I cant actually argue there but you’re time is done now. No more kids!

My game also then decides to troll me by suddenly not loading my custom careers so now Kahlina is in the Education career.

I literally have no idea why this happened ’cause all I did was add more to the game and when I booted up the game again they suddenly weren’t showing up anymore.

I’ve deleted the new ones too to see if that was the issue but the old ones still aren’t showing anymore.

I don’t know how to fix it and googling is showing no answers to my problem.

Kahlina: What do you mean I’m now a lowly teacher

While all this is going on Rowan takes it upon herself to teach ‘Ryn to walk.

That still doesn’t get her off my shit list though (although I can’t bring myself to hate her as much as Marissa so there’s always that)

I kinda forgot I downloaded a mod that makes the dragons from DV into brooms for witches to ride.

Don’t ask me why Vienna looks so pissed though cause I sure wouldn’t be mad if I got to ride a freakin’ dragon!

Vienna then pops with her pregnancy while her parent’s make out behind her (kinda gross ngl).

Vienna: Just do what I do; ignore them and then they’ll soon go away

Wait…what? They’re both pregnant? Now that was unexpected.

Ok so no more kiddos for these 2 after this then (especially if Rowan keeps on sneaking around and having more kids).

Zaria is a Fairy, Witch, Vampire, Mermaid like a lot of her older siblings.

To be fair it was a 50/50 chance

Anyway, this little girl is called Nirah.

Nirah too is a vampire, IF, fairy, witch and mermaid (making all 3 kids the same hybrid this gen).

Aw the calm before the storm of screaming infants.

Luckily Ceylon is here to help out too.

Nirah: Who am I meant to tell, I can’t even speak yet

The grandparents do chip in occasionally too (if only they’d help with their own child).

Kahlina: But I wanted to hold the baby

Luckily as always with infants time passes by super quickly and soon they are all toddlers.

Zaria genetics wise has Hurricane’s skin, Arrow’s hair and Moray and Arrow’s eye colours.

She is also the only one of Rowan’s kids to have glasses.

Rian is up next and genetics wise he has Kahlina’s skin (different position on slider), Kal’s eyes and ‘Cane’s hair.

And last but not least we have Nirah who has Kahlina’s skin (different position on slider), Kahlina and Vienna eyes and Vienna’s hair.

I couldn’t resist getting a picture of them all together.

I know I know, I’m a sucker for toddlers in this game but how could I not be when they all look so precious!

Toddler’s mean only one thing in a legacy; toddler skilling!

Rian: So you’re saying I shouldn’t be out ‘sowing my seeds’ until I’m at least 18

Ceylon: Yeah, he started talking to me the other day but I don’t like him so I’m gonna stop talking to him.

Speaking of Vienna, she managed to max out Charisma +5

I then decided to move the family ’cause Lunar Lakes is being glitchy.

I’m not making over a new house for them though so we’re moving the old house with them (yes I am that lazy).

I moved them to Dragon Valley and moved Rowan’s remaining living siblings (Finn, Rebecca and Harper) along with all of Rowan and Hurricane’s kids (including Pudding and Goofball).

I was going to move them back to Midnight Hollow ’cause I love that town but eventually decided that a new town would be best for now (Is it a new town? Have the Holly’s been in DV before).

Moving them screwed up all their occults so I had to go around adding them all back (I didn’t bother with the kids who’ve already moved out though but I added Vienna, Rowan, Geneva and Ceylon’s back).

I’m really not sure what to do with Vienna right now so I’m kinda just letting her do her own thing.

Her own thing apparently means playing on the guitar. Sure, ok then.

While playing guitar though she does max out her fairy magic.

I think this is the first time in the whole time I’ve had this game that I’ve ever maxed out Fairy magic or spellcasting.

OMG, how am I now just finding out that dogs can bring you the newspaper?

It’s the most adorable thing ever!

At some point Vienna rolls the wish to learn the gardening skill so it’s off to the bookstore to get some skilling books.

While at the bookstore we bump into Rebecca.

A quick trip home to check on the fam finds Kahlina and Hurricane in an intense game of chess.

Returning back to Vienna I found her and Rebecca playing catch.

Don’t ask me, I haven’t picked up a guitar since I was in high school and even then I was terrible at it.

Since everyone is busy I decided to be random and make a custom graveyard for the dead Holly’s

(This pretty much just consisted of me throwing down random stuff on an empty lot ‘cause why not)

What in the actual hell?

Kahlina: A little privacy please, I’m providing needed nourishment for me fiancé

Uh…sure, ok then

I was checking the fam and found Gen with some weird moodlets.

Never seen them before but it makes sense since she’s a vampire.

I then got bored and decided wedding party ’cause why the hell not.

Probably a terrible idea in hindsight but oh well.

It isn’t long before the guests (AKA Vee’s siblings) start showing up.

Vienna: C’mon Kal, let’s get married

Kahlina: Is it that time already?

Vienna: Are you ready to be the new Mrs Holly?

Kahlina: Just you try and stop me

The whole family (plus some random party crasher) are there to see them exchange rings.

Finn: Someday that will be me under that arch

Rowan: Finn I knew we moved town but like you’ve still been married

Finn: Oh yeah, I forgot about that

Zaire: *Sobs* I was meant to be the one who got hitched first

‘Cane: Rowan Love, where’s the Pizza? I was promised Pizza!

The new couple had the chance to cut their wedding cake before the guest all decided to run off.

Adelaide: Nice wedding and all but I’ve got a job I’m late for

Vienna: nice to see you too…not

The new couple did not waste long at all getting ‘down to business’ after they are wed.

Oh, I guess not everyone left after the wedding.

Meg: I only stayed ‘cause Qena said I’m not allowed to play my guitar at home

Speaking of Kahlina, I also had her get a random job since her LTW isn’t job or skill related.

She gets a job as a Medic (just a random one that was on the computer and yes, I added some custom careers into my game which ends up being a fiasco in itself later on).

I used her one YA action to get her the job.

‘Cane is the first of the family to find the newest fixer upper car I plopped down on the lot.

I love those cars for autonomous handiness skilling so I like to keep one around at all times.

We all knew this was coming at some point so it’s not really surprising when Vienna pops with a pregnancy.

Kahlina finds her in labour and inevitably freaks out.

Vienna: You are all useless!

She eventually gives birth to a baby girl named Aeryn who rolled Insane and Hates the Outdoors.

I guess we’ve already got an heir for next gen if none of the other kids they’ll have get that trait.

Aeryn is an IF, Vampire, Fairy, Witch and Mermaid (Mermaid must’ve skipped a Generation).

Huh, I guess when I had to add back her occults that made Rowan’s scales suddenly appear (since she never had any before).

The nursery got a slight make-over since there’s only one kid in it right now.

Even though we technically have an heir now we could always do with a spare

(this is going to be a lot smaller of a gen though unless one of the girls wishes for another kid or at least that was the plan. Didn’t quite pan out that way as you shall soon see).

No no no no no no no! Please tell me this isn’t what I think it is.

I specifically made it so you couldn’t have more kids.

At least Gramma Rowan is still helpful with Aeryn so I really can’t be too mad at her.

It’s (finally) Geneva’s birthday

Since Gen will be getting a cake I decided to to cake Aeryn too (I don’t usually cake infants but I may as well)

Geneva: I wish to finally be the adult I already should’ve been

Vienna: *Rolls eyes to the ceiling* Way to waste your birthday wish

Geneva had Loves the Heat locked in and rolled the Major Master LTW.

I think Geneva looks pretty unique to most of her other siblings but that may just be the skin she has throwing me off.

And then we have what you guys actually want to see; Aeryn’s genetics.

So far genetics wise Aeryn has Hurricane’s eyes and skin with Kahlina’s hair (with white tips from Vienna).

She also looks a lot like Vienna facially so far but I can’t be 100% sure yet.

Anyway I’m gonna leave it off here and hopefully manage to maintain my schedule of posting these chapters next week (my plan for the schedule is to post 2 chapters a week until this gen is done).

Chapter 11.3 – Speedrun

Bet you didn’t expect these guys back so soon.

I’m trying to keep them at a semi-schedule right now so I can get this generation posted fairly quickly.

Fingers crossed that plan actually works.

I guess we’re starting things off with the quads birthdays.

It honestly feels like these guys weren’t around for that long at all but I guess that’s just the curse of being the youngest in a family this large.

They all turned out so pretty but I definitely think Zaire is my fav out of this group.

Zaire rolled Handy and the Canine Companion LTW.

Valencia rolled Athletic and the Greener Garden LTW

Kingston rolled Neurotic and the Paranormal Profiteer LTW

and finally Megara rolled Childish and the Deep Sea Diver LTW.

All in all I think they got a nice little assortment of traits and LTWs.

They, along with Qena, will be added to the downloads page straight after this chapter is done if anyone wants them.

The quads and Qena were all moved out straight after their birthday.

That night for the first time in a long time Vienna is able to sleep in her bed (since she’s been using charms so far to top the spellcasting skill) with Clementine by her side and Kahlina watching over her.

It took her long enough but Geneva finally found the kitty.

After escaping Clementine (for the moment) Kahlina then goes to track Rowan down.

Rowan: Ah, you must be Kahlina, it’s nice to finally meet you.

Kahlina: Vienna told me what you did for me. I must thank you Miss Rowan, without you I wouldn’t be here right now.

Rowan: Think nothing of it, that’s what family is for

Kahlina: Family?

Rowan: Of course. You are important to Vienna so that makes you family

Ceylon: Wait…if she’s family does that mean I have another sister now?

Rowan: *Chuckles* Well yes, I suppose it does

While all this is going on Vienna is charisma skilling since she wished for it.

Oh c’mon, I leave you guys alone for a minute and when I come back I find you autonomously flirting

Geneva: Ugh, can’t you guys get a room

I guess Vienna has chosen who she wants as her mate then as she autonomously HOTM kisses Kahlina.

Good news, Kahlina accepts the kiss so I guess my job is now to make it official.

(This wasn’t my original plan for Vienna at all. I was planning on introducing her to other sims to see if she’d like any of them and just have Kahlina live in the legacy house as her best friend but I guess they both had other plans)

Chapter 11.2 – Free the Toddlers

Yo Wassup

Before we start this chapter just wanted to let you guys know that after posting the last chapter I got around to adding Nessie, Salem, Vienna, Geneva and Adelaide to the downloads page. I’ll add the rest of the Gen 11 kids when they become YA’s.

Now that announcement is out of the way I can actually get on with the chapter.

For once it isn’t starting with the fam being stuck at a never-ending party.

Instead we have both our heirs getting some zzz’s in before the hard work begins.

Clementine: I’m so glad Nessie doesn’t live here anymore.

Why do these dogs hate Nessie so much? What did she ever do to them?

Then, because she was born right before midnight, it’s already time for Ceylon’s birthday.

Even with all the kids Rowan and Hurricane already have I’m so excited to see what she looks like.

OMG, she’s so cute!

Genetics wise she seems to have Hurricane’s hair, skin that’s passed down from Caelin (the only kid in the family apart from AJ to inherit that skin) and eyes Hurricane and Arrow/Rowan.

Hurricane and Unrendered Rowan make out while their newest spawn screams bloody murder.

Luckily I made sure Rowan can’t get pregnant anymore so we’re all good.

N’aww, even autonomous Rowan is still a kickass parent.

Even with a new sibling in the house Vienna is far too busy working on her spellcasting to pay any attention.

Vienna: Pyke says I can’t rest until it gets done.

Should I be worried about this ‘Pyke’?

Vienna: He’s my master

Moving on from that worrying development I installed a new mod recently that allows toddlers to eat on their own which is super useful in an ISBI.

Another new mod I recently acquired allows toddlers to do stuff they should’ve always been able to do.

Honestly this is stuff EA should’ve put in the game to begin with.

I may not like Sims 4 at all but at least the toddlers can actually do stuff unlike unmodded sims 3 toddlers.

Kingston passes out yet again -5

Why is it always you?

Vienna: Kingston you get your ass up right now or Pyke has given me permission to set your ass on fire

It’s weird to say but it’s already Hurricane’s elder birthday which also means it’s time for Rowan to leave adulthood behind too since I did the same thing with Arrow. It’s so weird them being elders and literally having a toddler.

Oh, I guess I never did age Rowan up to adult so she was still a YA so no elderhood for her just yet.

Despite the age difference now they still make an adorable couple.

Apart from Vienna (who is forced to work on her spellcasting) Megara is really the only other of the kids who bothers with her spellcasting.

Meg: Duh, need to show this bitch who’s actually boss around here

Vienna: I can hear you you know and I haven’t set anyone on fire in a while…

Meg: You don’t scare me *to self* she wouldn’t really set me on fire, would she?

Hurricane passes out in the kitchen beside a pile of dirty clothes.

Between conversion rituals Vienna leaves a fish on the counter which Jack quickly takes to stalking.

I’m honestly surprised he didn’t just jump up onto the counter and try to snatch the fish from the bowl with how long he was watching it for.

It’s Qena’s birthday already?

I wasn’t ready!

I’m so gonna miss her even if she hasn’t been too interesting recently.

Why does she have to be so pretty?

Again, she may be a clone of Vienna but the different colours make all the difference.

Qena’s final trait is Disciplined and she rolled the Superstar Athlete LTW

I wasn’t ready for Qena to leave yet so since the quads only have 2 days left until their birthday Qena gets to stick around until then and then they can all move out together.

This might just be the very first time I’ve seen Hurricane interacting with Ceylon.

I guess he’s slipping in his old age.

Oh well, I’m off with your sister to bring back some corpses so please don’t kill yourselves when we’re out.

And off we go to the cemetery to raise the dead (my original plan for this was to just raise a bunch of townies and then have Peppermint be the final one I brought back but apparently I don’t have any of the graves past Gen 4 in this town).

Vienna: I think this wand is suddenly defective

One of the zombies she brings back is Hurricane’s dad, oh that should be fun

Zombie Moray ain’t about that zombie lifestyle though and instead makes himself a nice little snow angel where his grave used to be.

With bringing Moray back to life that gave me an idea (maybe a stupid one but I’m gonna do it anyway)

Most of you probably seen this one coming but her final zombie is her little sister Geneva.

Vienna: Can’t have my little sister rotting in the ground now, can I?

Geneva: What the? I was literally in the middle of a game of ‘guess who’s gonna die next’ with the ancestors.

Boy, you’re gonna be happy when you finally meet Jack.

Since Vienna’s now finished her LTW and I have a mod that gives you a new one when you finish one she now is working on the mystic healer LTW +40

The first sim she has to add to her new LTW is obviously her sister ’cause we can’t have her running around as a Zombie.

And with that Geneva is back in the land of the living to which Vienna is feeling very smug about.

Vienna: What can I say? I really am the greatest!

Side Note: Because of her death and everything Geneva is now a lot younger than the quads so she’ll be aged up when it’s her time.

With that good deed out of the way it’s time to go around fixing all the toad people Vienna made in the last chapter.

This LTW was soo easy since she’d already maxed spellcasting.

It literally took like maybe 7 sim hours in total to get it done and that was mostly tracking down all the toad people.

With another LTW down Vienna rolls the Magic Makeover LTW but I’m not gonna go out of my way to try complete this one right now cause I feel 2 are enough for any sim in one day.

Pyke in Vienna’s head: Look at me, I’m Vienna and I think I’m so great because I completed two LTW’s in one day

Vienna: B…but that’s what you told me to do

Pyke: You should know, little girl, that you shouldn’t trust anyone.

Running inside Vienna runs straight into this stuffed monstrosity.

Will Kahlina be able to protect Vienna from Pyke’s influence from now on? Idk but it’s gotta be entertaining to watch it all play out.

Chapter 11.1 – Attack of the killer Zed’s

Yo guys, I’m finally back with the start of a new generation.

It feels like forever since Rowan’s gen ended but really it wasn’t that long ago (ok, I guess two months is a while but shh, no one needs to know that).

Anyway we are finally here with Vienna’s generation.

Apparently I left off with Vienna’s birthday. Why do I keep leaving this family during parties?

At least all the family (apart from Meg) are at the party so I don’t need to go around trying to find them.

Speaking of Meg, even though she’s not a fairy she may just have the fairy genes after all since she’s often found dancing in the hallway.

2 of the pups are also found in the hallway. I forgot how adorable they are.

(Is it bad that I literally cannot remember which set of pups this is? At this point I have lost track of who’s who in the dog line)

Wow, not even 5 minutes into playing and Kingston drops with the first fail of this generation -5.

Also I was looking up the quickest way to do Vienna’s LTW (since I’ve never done it before) and apparently it’s through maxing the spellcaster skill which goes a lot quicker with a familiar (aka a cat, sucks that it doesn’t work with dogs but oh well) so now we have Jack who I downloaded from CatLover800 on Tumblr.

Vienna is quickly set to becoming friends with Jack so she can get the boosts from him being around.

(I discovered after this that they don’t actually need to be friends for the boosts, the cat just has to be around)

Ah, now I remember which generation of dogs this is. Thanks Pudding.

Pudding: Anytime…but when are you gonna explain what this new creature is? It’s doesn’t smell like a dog so I is confused…

Jack: *too busy trying to catch the laser pointer to notice anything else around him*

After a whole day of relationship building Vienna finally gets to pet Jack. I call that a win.

Vienna: Now you be a good kitty and show those dogs who’s boss, ok?

Jack: Excuse me ma’am, I just want to sleep

Whilst Vienna was relationship building with Jack I went and decorated her new room.

It’s not exactly how I envisioned it initially but I like it.

It’s honestly the most effort I’ve put into decorating in the game in a long time.

Now that Rowan is no longer heir she can dance her days away until her hearts content.

Rowan: What is this feeling? I’ve never felt it before.

Could it be the feeling of freedom?

Rowan: Must be that, it’s so unusual.

OMG, Pumpkin cat inside pumpkin bed is the most adorable thing ever.

Just because she now has her familiar in Jack that doesn’t mean Vienna doesn’t still love Clementine.

Vienna: She’s cute and all but she’s got nothing on Jack

While her kids are growing up Cookie is getting a bath from Addie.

Because of that 1 thing I decided to let the 2 other pups stick around until Addie moves out and let them move out with her instead of just moving them in with Nessie and Salem like I usually would’ve.

Vienna is pretty much only working on her magic right now so I can actually get started on her LTW.

Luckily Rowan decided at that point to go out and save her husband from his own stupidity which made the zombie lose interest and shamble away to find another meal.

It’s about here that I realised the kids haven’t really been in this chapter at all so I went to see if I could find them doing anything interesting.

The only one being mildly interesting is Kingston who was found working out in the attic.

Oh hey, Geneva’s ghost came to visit for the first time since her untimely passing.

She spent the night making the computer levitate but that’s about all she does.

At least Addie is befriending the dogs before she has to move out with them.

It seems Kingston isn’t the only kid who’s developed an interest in working out.

Before disappearing the next morning Geneva is able to fit in some coffee time with 2 of her sisters

These dogs use this pool more than the actual sims do these days

More spellcasting skilling is done by Vienna. I just wish she’d hurry up and be done with it already.

There are so many sims in this house that they keep getting stuck in the doorway.

Probably doesn’t help that the dogs keep getting in the way too cause they always rush out to meet the kids when they come back from school.

I don’t actually know what this spell book does.

I Just put it in Vienna’s room ‘cause it looked cool but it looks like Zaire is actually skilling on it.

What skill? I have no clue.

Some random townie barged into the Holly house and wouldn’t leave so I figured it would be a perfect time for Vee to flex her new spellcasting muscles.

First toads next zombies (hopefully).

Vienna: Now are you gonna get the hell out of my damn house or do you want to see me get really angry

The inevitable door pileup after school leads to Qena passing out which cost me the points Addie just earned -5

To speed up the spellcasting process I send Vienna out and about to cast some spells on random townies.

Is it cruel? Maybe. Do I care? Not at all.

The first unfortunate victim is a guy named Garth Langerak who gets fire blasted.

Uncle Riptide is there too and becomes the victim of a haunting curse.

Riptide: I knew there was a reason I didn’t talk to any of my siblings or their families.

Vienna: Who are you again?

More toadification for these poor townies.

Also, Vienna got a new wand at some point so there’s that too.

While Vienna is out causing trouble for the townies I’m zoomed back to the house ’cause Zaire’s on fire.

Meg: Seriously Z? It’s just a little fire. You don’t need to freak out about it.

Zaire: You say that when it’s your ass on fire!

Luckily Zaire is able to put herself out in time.

‘Cane: Ah, kids. Reminds me of when me and my siblings were that age

Once Zaire is safe I go back to Vienna only to find her attacking one of the townies.

WTH? You’re meant to be spellcasting not fighting.

I’m dragged back to the legacy lot as another of the kids is on fire. This time Valencia.

Since Meg has been around in both of these fires I’m starting to think she’s been fire blasting her sisters.

Val’s able to put herself out in time too.

I’m really gonna have to keep an eye on these kids if this is how they’re gonna act when I’m not around.

Honestly it shouldn’t surprise me ’cause when I threw her and Hurricane down in my speed legacy they went on to have like 8 other kids in story progression.

I may not be 100% pleased about this newest pregnancy but even I can’t deny that this is adorable.

I guess it’s time for Adelaide’s birthday?

Damn this chapter is giving me whiplash with how much it’s jumping all over the place.

She rolled Rebellious and the Surrounded by Family LTW (one of the kids had to be family mad with parents like these)

Honestly she is so pretty but looking at her I actually think her and Vienna are clones of each other just with different colouring (I think it’s the colouring that threw me off before). Still I like how she turned out and if you wanna grab her or any of her siblings that have already aged up they should be on the download page.

As soon as she’s had her make-over Adelaide is moved out with Goofball and Pudding.

At the very moment Addie is moving out Rowan goes into labour with what is definitely the last kid of gen 11 (I hope)

She gives birth to another little girl. This one is Ceylon (Named after the former name of Sri Lanka).

Ceylon is a vampire, fairy and witch.

And with the birth of Ceylon I think I’m gonna end it here ‘cause I need to go upload the other kids and once I’ve done that I may even work on another chapter. Who knows.
